Riverside, Illinois
Welcome at

I am a local Riverside resident and I’m working on a big project that involves tons of used books. I need used book donations of either hard cover or paper back books. Donations can be dropped off on my porch at 63 E. Quincy St. I will be accepting donations now thru end of April. Thank you.

Singing Winds School, a Waldorf school in Riverside, has closed.

Hello Riverside, Illinois!

My name is Sofía Lerke, and I’m from Argentina.

I’m looking for my grand father Tytus Lerke that lives in 108 E Burlington Street. I can’t reach him on the phone or by mail, and I’m starting to get really nervous.

Any neighbors of him out there who can maybe tell him to contact me?

Thank you very much.

Sofía Lerke.

Buenos  Aires, Argentina.

Bracelet found in Harrington Park tennis court on 4-11-10. Please contact with description and I will return to you.

I live in Scotland and I am looking for relatives who lived in Scottswood Road, Riverside IL in the 1930s.

Apart from information from the 1930s American census I have had no success in finding any other relevant information which would help me locate the Simpson/Warren families.

My relatives lived at 156 Scottswood Rd. Riverside IL.

In the 1930s my great great uncle Mr George Simpson lived there with his daughter Marybell and her husband Paul Warren. We know they had one son also named Paul who would have been about six at that time. Beyond this I have no more information.

It is a matter of some importance that I locate the family. I would therefore be most obliged if anyone could supply me with any information that would help me do this.
